Oliver Smith 6227129b06 debian/changelog: bump to 1.14.0 unreleased
Fix that debian/changelog is still on 1.12.0 on current master while the
latest stable version is on 1.13.x. This is confusing, and it also
results in unexpected behavior on debian 13: After enabling the Osmocom
nightly repository and asking apt to install osmo-sgsn or osmo-gtphub,
it will pick the 1.13.x versions from the debian repository instead of
the versions from the Osmocom nightly repository.

osmo-sgsn - Osmocom SGSN Implementation

This repository contains a C-language implementation of a Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN) for 2.5/2.75G (GPRS/EDGE) and 3G (UMTS). It is part of the Osmocom Open Source Mobile Communications project.

OsmoSGSN exposes

  • Gb towards PCUs (e.g. OsmoPCU): Various GbIP flavors + Gb/FR/E1
  • GTP towards a GGSN (e.g. OsmoGGSN)
  • IuPS over IP towards RNCs / HNBGW (e.g. osmo-hnbgw)
  • The Osmocom typical telnet VTY and CTRL interfaces.
  • The Osmocom typical statsd exporter.
  • GSUP (custom MAP-like protocol) towards osmo-hlr

OsmoSGSN implements

  • GPRS mobility management
  • GPRS session management
